Enterprise Account Manager

The Enterprise Account Manager focuses on accounts identified as Enterprise identified of Fortune 500 companies. The Enterprise Account Manager role is client facing, the main purpose is uncovering Enterprise Opportunities, to align Super Rige strategically and formally with the client, whether this be at framework or contractual level. To present all available lines of business to the client and sell wide and deep wherever possible in engaging multi level contracts, vertically and horizontally and ensuring that all lines of business are connected across relevant company or divisional contacts.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Manage major accounts and win new businesses which span across several industries.
  • Engage and develop cordial relationship with customers.
  • Identify process workflow, business solutions, hardware opportunities and craft suitable solutions.
  • Engage C-Level executives and articulate recommended solutions at board level through “high-level presentations”.
  • Prepare quotation

Knowledge & Experience

Degree/ Diploma in Information Technology with minimum 3 years of proven sales record is preferred.

Social Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive who can independently create digital marketing campaigns, copywriting, visual asset design creation and content creation to support the company’s expansion efforts.
The ideal candidate must have the passion for marketing and be well-versed in both traditional and digital marketing concepts as well as possess good writing abilities.
The candidate must also have the resourcefulness to seek out creative ideas and methods to achieve targets such as increased leads and enquiries with the proposed and executed marketing strategies.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Creation and execution of marketing campaigns including company branding, online content strategy, social media campaigns etc.
  • Copywriting for online and social media content such as articles/blog posts and marketing messages.
  • Visual asset design/creation and image content creation including editing of banners, images, landing pages, EDMs, etc.
  • Continuous review and active management of the website and all digital assets.
  • Daily Social media and community engagement activities including prompt communication and handling of feedback.
  • Design and drive strategic content marketing initiatives such as content planning, development and optimization across different online and social media channels and digital touch-points.
  • Support internal marketing, business development, corporate service, and sales team to develop strategic and tactical content.
  • Regular lead and performance tracking and reporting during and post-marketing campaigns.
  • To complete the task given within the agreed deadline.
  • Other miscellaneous administrative jobs including ad-hoc office operations and functionality.

Formal Education & Certification

At least an 'A' Levels or equivalent education is required. Diploma or degree in business, marketing or multimedia-related disciplines will be advantageous for the applicant.

Knowledge & Experience

Candidates with minimum of 2-3 proven years of experience in a marketing or multimedia-related role will be preferred. Good understanding and proficiency in the usage of various social media/digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, forums, GDN, SEM, SEO, etc. is a must.

Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain delivery order and invoice
  • Prepare purchase order to vendor
  • Assist sales and managers to source produce required
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Follow up on payment and collection enter into system

Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
